Scoot Airways has announced plans to expand its route and flight destination network in China, with the addition of flights to Shenyang , Scoot Qingdao and Scoot Tianjin. The new Scoot Singapore based low cost airline, which last week commenced flights to Tianjin, will continue its growth in China's busy northeastern cities.
